An established builder for substantial residential projects.
LM Ventures Limited was founded by Liam McLaughlin, who began his career as a City & Guilds qualified bricklayer and has spent approximately 45 years working across the full breadth of residential construction.
From brickwork he moved into groundworks, drainage, demolition, structural alterations and steelwork — and from there into managing complete building projects. That progression matters: decisions on site are made by someone who has personally carried out the work being coordinated.
Today Liam manages substantial projects from start to finish with an established, trusted team of electricians, plumbers, carpenters, plasterers, roofers and decorators. It is building knowledge gained on site, not just behind a desk.
